CANCELLATION POLICY
At CreedsSkincare, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred when rescheduling with proper notice.
